ZEV Powered by UNICO is India’s trusted manufacturer of advanced electric L3 and L5 three-wheelers, delivering world-class Passenger, Loader, Garbage Van, and Cargo EVs. Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Gurugram, Haryana spans 2 lakh sq. ft. and houses 40+ high-tech machines, supporting large-scale, high-precision production. With an installed capacity of 4,000+ L3 and 1,000+ L5 e-rickshaws, our plant is fully equipped for end-to-end in-house manufacturing.

The facility includes:
• ED paint shop
• Liquid paint booth
• Powder coating plant
• Fully integrated fabrication and assembly lines

Powered by a skilled workforce of 300+ professionals, ZEV by UNICO is capable of producing up to 50,000 vehicles annually, ensuring consistent quality, durability, and performance in every EV we build.
